American Television
American Television has perfected their sound over half a decade. Fusing the grit of  DC hardcore, the melody of 90s punk rock, and the ethos of today’s scene to serve up a cocktail of conscious (and sometimes self-conscious) melodic punk rock. Recently signed to Wiretap Records to release their debut LP, Watch It Burn, these guys are getting some well deserved attention.

Foxhall Stacks
Foxhall Stacks is a band of DC rock veterans that plays power-pop inflected punk rock because the country is going to hell and somebody needs to write some catchy, pissed-off songs about it. The four ex-members of Jawbox, Burning Airlines, Velocity Girl, Government Issue, and more released their debut album, The Coming Collapse, in September on Snappy Little Numbers.

Crossed Keys
With ex-members of a bunch of Philly bands that all stopped playing for arguably good reasons, like Kid Dynamite, The Curse, and Halo of Snakes, Crossed Keys has been called a retirement plan for aging punks. SAVIORS, their new 7-song 12″ EP, just came out on Hell Minded Records. Come out to a show, or not, they’re clearly not doing this for the popularity.

Teen Cobra
Husband and wife lo-fi rock and roll punk duo from Washington, D.C. Equal parts CBGB and Sun Studio, all filtered through a Crypt/Rip Off Records tainted lens, and marinated in juicy hell sauce.
